Invisalign: Everything You Really Have To Know

It’s rare to find someone who has a perfectly straight smile. Moreover, it is incorrect to assume that the dilemma is solely a matter of aesthetics. Bite flaws can lead to major issues. For example, the portions of the dentition can be deformed or destroyed by mechanical strain on each other, resulting in tooth loss. Caries and other diction issues can also result from an inappropriate bite. Digestive issues and disorders of the gastrointestinal system arise because of the inability to completely chew food. Specialists do not even mention the need to repair the bite.

It’s up to the individual to decide how to proceed. Many people avoid going to the dentist because they are afraid of the inconvenience that braces might cause. As a result, these goods are cumbersome and might cause pain, and require constant adjustment. However, braces aren’t the only option for correcting a person’s bite. A great alternative to standard designs is tooth aligners. Let’s take a closer look at them.

How Do Aligners Help, And Why Are They Required?

What are the benefits of dental braces? Dental mouthguards, which are a form of bracket system, are what it is. The first of these braces arrived about a generation and a half ago and became widely used ten years later following extensive research.

The caps are made of a long-lasting, transparent elastic composite and are affixed to the front of the teeth. Since they work so gently on the dentition, its components are able to return to their proper positions. If your braces have been removed, you can wear a mouthguard as a preventative measure, as well as a way to repair minor bite issues.

Aligners are made from silicone or bioplastic. Because of their elasticity and lack of toxicity, these materials are safe for use in the oral cavity. In the mouth, they are invisible due to the high light transmittance of the material used.

In order to see results, the cap must be worn nonstop for 16-20 hours a day, at least. For eating and sanitary purposes, it is permitted to remove them. In addition, the goods can be placed on and taken off in a matter of seconds.

The patient is given a set of aligners that consists of anywhere from two to thirty interconnected pockets. Dentition will feel softer with this set in place. The teeth are simultaneously rotated and moved in the correct direction during the procedure. This is made feasible by the singular structure of each tooth’s narrow girth. Because of this, the aligners are changed every 1.5 to 3 months so that they can have a greater impact on the teeth over time.

Cap-Aligner Types

I can have a different appearance than someone who uses aligners, but they all operate on the same concept. Traditionally, there are numerous varieties of these products:

Individual and thermoplastic mouthguards are made using a specific manufacturing process. A simulation model of a person’s jaw is used to create the first set of prosthetic teeth. The materials used to construct thermoplastic models soften and alter shape when exposed to heat. It is rubbed to the teeth as it cools down, forming the appropriate shape.

Allergies to metal braces can be alleviated by using clear, plastic, or silicone aligners. Performance-wise, these materials are very comparable. They’re flexible, won’t irritate or harm oral tissues, are completely transparent, and won’t trigger allergies.

Mouthguards can be worn all day or all night, depending on how long you choose to use them. If the problem is severe, the first two options are the best bets. Aligners are worn on rare occasions when minor dental abnormalities are present. Also, nightly guards are used in the later phases of recovery, when more support than correction is required.

Adult and pediatric dental guards are both readily accessible in a variety of sizes.

Advantages

Among the most popular ways to straighten one’s teeth, these days is using clear braces. His classic bracing system allows him to confidently dethrone modern technologies. Dental mouth guards have a number of advantages, including the following:

Aligners aren’t harmful in any way. They are easy to wear, don’t interfere with diction, and don’t irritate the mucous membranes of the mouth.

The transparent construction has a great aesthetic impact because it is completely invisible to the outside world. Teenagers, celebrities, government figures, and female athletes all wear mouthguards for this purpose.

Because they may be taken out every day for thorough tooth cleaning and plaque removal, detachable mouth guards are less likely to cause tooth decay than permanent ones.

Aligners are easy to use, comfortable to wear, and don’t need the wearer to alter their diet or lifestyle.

FlexiLigner brands were made with the aid of foremost health professionals in Italy, Europe, and the United States, who contributed to the bank’s R&D foundation.

The mouthguards are crafted of very hard plastic that is flexible because of the 0.75-millimeter layer thickness.

For persons over the age of 12, deforms can be used to straighten gums.

As a result, the percentage of flex liners used in manufacturing is carefully calculated to ensure that incisors are but after into the proper spot.

At least once each 2–4 months max, you should replace your dentition oral hygiene and eating face masks with new ones.

In Comparison To Invisalign, Dentition Implants Are Better For Your Incisors.

Graphics. Translucent deforms, with the exception of straps, do not display up on the teeth. During the process of adaptation to changing sensory experiences, it is possible to speak a little differently.

With The Aid Of Invisalign,

Meeting and perceptions are taken in the first step.

At the first initial consultation, the dentist defines if this methodology is appropriate. The technician appears to take diagnoses sentiments and creates a bite sign up if the chomp adjustment with flex liners can be accomplished. The FlexiLigner labs receive a feeling and pictures made in compliance with the appropriate of the Flexi manufacturing company.

Designing And Manufacturing Wiggles Is The Second Step.

Already before therapy is initiated, the client can see how their dentures will be associated with FlexiLigner aligners. 3D modeling enables you to see where each new face mask aligns the dentin to the intended outcome.

Factory of FlexiLigner’s Flexi usually starts. Newer 3D printing software is used to create tooth Invisalign. The final step is to hand-polish the face masks.

Using FlexiLigner contact lenses, the bite can be corrected.

That after the dentist has manufactured the tailored flex liner kit, the first kit is installed. As a result of this, physicians prescribe detailed instructions on how to use deforms on their own within the coming years and how to care for them.

The incisors start moving into their proper position. Using the flexes, each innovative corrector travels the gums in a defined direction. 1-2 times per month, the audiologist checks on the progress of cure.

Casts Should Be Taken Care Of.

The lip security officer should be cleaned a couple of times a day, in the early evenings. You can use routine mouthwash as well as special packages. A 15-minute soak in the way to solve is all that is needed in the first instance, followed by a rinse with cool water.

The only thing you can’t save money on is what? Puncture caveat: three things to know

If Invisalign were groundbreaking tech in the past, history’s mechanisms are far superior. Because straps can indeed be excluded, they can damage the lips and if you don’t clean your teeth properly, dust particles or gum disease may form on your gums.

Implants Are Blue Plastic Retractable Critical To Establishing.

They’re easy to take care of, don’t irritate the skin, and can even be eliminated while choosing to eat. However, if the contact lenses are made up of high content, all of this tends to work. An inexpensive piece of material may turn black or actually be harmful; it may also fail to successfully right the bite.

Advantages Of Choosing A Teeth Aligners

Clear aligners may be more tempting when you desire to correct crooked or crowded teeth but don’t desire to endure braces and wires. These devices are more pleasant to wear and provide a more discreet way of tooth straightening. Aligners with a distinctive design, like Invisalign, assist shape irregularly levered teeth and fix crooked teeth. Here, you see what are the advantages of using teeth aligners.

1. They are imperceptible

The most noticeable aspect of clear aligners like ClearCorrect and Invisalign is this. When put on the teeth, these implants are nearly unnoticeable, and they remove the necessity for metal wires and brackets.

According to studies, adolescents tend to spend a lot of effort attempting to fit in along with their classmates. Most teenagers who use metal braces, on the other hand, believe that it stops them from entirely blending in. It might lead to issues like despair and stress, as well as a loss of self-confidence. When contrasted to kids who use metal braces, teenagers who use transparent aligners have greater self and are more eager to laugh while using their implants.

If you work with individuals a lot as a grownup, your smile is quite important since it shows them that you are accessible, kind, and dependable. Clear aligners will offer you the self-assurance you need to continue smiling at work.

2. They Are Practical

Despite conventional braces that restrict your food menu to items that are not stiff, gritty, or rigid, transparent aligners enable you to detach them and place them in a container while dining, allowing you to eat whatever you need.

3. You’ll be less susceptible to chronic illnesses and injuries

Teeth that are misaligned might be harmful to your dental and general wellbeing. Teeth that are crooked can grind against each other, causing enamel harm. Protruding teeth can also hurt the interior of your mouth, producing pain. Misaligned teeth can cause speech difficulties as well as headaches. You can correct your present dental difficulties and safeguard your teeth from problems in the future with aligners like Invisalign.

4. It’s Easier to Manage Healthy Dental Hygiene

Apart from the ability to remove the aligners when eating, another advantage of removable transparent aligners is the ability to fully cleanse your gums, teeth, as well as other dental components. Detachable aligners could be cleaned individually, and you won’t have to worry about brushing around sensitive brackets and wires with your toothbrushes.

5. You Stay Away From Metal Brace Pitfalls

Metal braces have a number of drawbacks that transparent aligners do not. Conventional metal brace users encounter a number of difficulties, including:

6. Abrasion of the mouth

Abrasion-type lesions to the interior of the jaw produced by damaged wires poking and brackets free are a typical problem for many people who wear metal braces. It eliminates this problem entirely because there are no wires or brackets to contend with.

Flossing Obstacles

It’s no surprise that flossing molars that are braced with metal brackets and wires is difficult – to the point where some unhappy young patients stop flossing entirely.

Clear aligners, on either hand, are removable for brushing and flossing, removing this issue and allowing flossing to continue without interruption.

Discoloration Possibility

White patch lesions are infrequent negative impacts that can happen after a lengthy period of using metal braces – the bracket might deteriorate, causing an unsightly misalignment on the tooth. Repairing this issue might be difficult because this type of discoloration does not react well to typical whitening treatments. (Although, with conventional braces, you may assist prevent this problem by flossing and brushing routinely in among the brackets as instructed by your orthodontist, eliminating junk food, and consuming a hygienic, healthful meal.)

Because there are no bands linked to your teeth to create discoloration, clear smile realignment therapy is less likely to produce this problem than metal braces.

Appearance

Conventional braces, such as metal braces, are conspicuous, and many grownups regret using them. Not just to this level, but also practically because of the foodstuff caught among the brackets, which detracts from the entire aesthetic. Clear trays have obviously changed people’s minds by allowing them to wear braces and remove them at any moment.

Safety

Metal braces feature a variety of dental gadgets such as brackets, elastic straps, and a metal wire that could be irritating to the cheeks and tongue. It might result in a lot of pain and distress in the mouth. Furthermore, because the food we eat is trapped on the brackets, it is an exposed welcome for germs, which can cause rotting and gum illness. Cleaning is required in this situation, and cleaning becomes a tedious chore for one after each meal. Aligners are made in such a manner that using and discarding them is simple and pleasant. It’ll get rid of the annoyance.

Top Justifications To Use Teeth Aligners

Each passing year, an increasing number of individuals are seeing their orthodontists. For years, there’s been a stereotype that orthodontic treatment must only be done on kids and adolescents, but this is finally changing. Improvements in orthodontic technique could be credited for a large part of this.

Many adolescents are hesitant to use traditional metal braces because they fear it would harm their corporate reputation. Clear aligners, on the other hand, can alleviate many of these difficulties while simultaneously offering effective treatment. Clear aligners could be just what you require when you’re a grownup who wishes to repair your routine oral concerns.

Straightening teeth can be accomplished in a variety of ways, but transparent aligners provide a level of simplicity and convenience, as long as the individual employing them is diligent enough to use and manage them. For the teeth straightening procedure to operate, the aligners must be worn all of the time. As a consequence, when properly worn, an individual’s teeth might reflect the outcomes.

When it comes to straightening crooked teeth, transparent aligners are the way to go. Aligners are less bulkier in the mouth than conventional braces, and they may be readily altered by merely exchanging them with the subsequent pair.

1. Reduced Pain and Discomfort

The fact that clear aligners are constructed of sleek plastic is what makes them so appealing. This implies that they ought not irritate the gums or teeth like metal braces do.

Even if you have any discomfort the initial couple days as you acclimate to using your plates, your mouth will adjust rapidly. You probably won’t know they’re there after that!

With aligners, many people must adapt their speech slightly, same to how they modify it. But, once again, it’s only a matter of time. Clear aligners are generally quite comfortable to maintain and need very little adjusting.

2. There are no dietary restrictions

Whenever a person with braces sits down to eat, a cognitive list must run through their minds. They must avoid eating popcorn, bubblegum, or hard sweets in order to avoid food becoming trapped between their braces. Individuals who use clear aligners, on the other hand, shouldn’t have to be concerned about this.

Since you always remove your aligners prior to eating, you have no limitations on what you can and cannot eat. Brushing and Flossing are also made simpler with clear aligners since they can be removed.

The most important guideline to remember when using clear aligners is to keep them in your mouths for 20 to 22 hours every day. When you wouldn’t, your therapy may have to be extended. You must only remove your aligners when eating and brushing and flossing your teeth.

This is also a great idea to floss and brush shortly after you consume to keep the gaps among your trays as small as possible.

3. It boosts your self-esteem

The reality that clear aligners are clear is probably the most prevalent reason for having them. You can be self-conscious at the workplace when you have crooked gaps or teeth . And putting metal braces is unlikely to make you seem any good about your stylish look.

That’s where clear aligners can be really beneficial. If you wear aligners, you will not only be able to enhance your smile, but you will also not have to stress about what other individuals think of your metal braces.

Most folks won’t realize you’re using transparent aligners when you’re wearing them.

4. Treats the majority of alignment issues

Clear aligners are an excellent treatment option for a wide range of tooth alignment concerns. If you’ve a few crooked teeth, overbites, underbites, or other problems, clear aligners may be able to help. You could even use straps in combination with clear aligners these times to make treating more severe mouth conditions even simpler.

The following are the most prevalent concerns that clear aligners have been used to cure:

  • open bite

Crossbite, which occurs when both the upper and lower jaws are misaligned, and overcrowding of teeth are two more disorders that can be treated.

Advantages Of Using Clear Aligners Instead Of Braces

1. Advantages of using clear aligners instead of races aesthetics : The aligners are practically invisible at more than 0.5 m. They are also not noticeable when speaking, this allows them to be used in social events, public work, etc. They are the best option after lingual braces (which are the only 100% aesthetic option)

2. Comfort: There are no discomforts that can appear in the use of braces such as wounds or sores on the lip, tongue, or cheeks. This is because they do not protrude from the tooth, but rather they fully conform to the teeth and have a smooth and polished surface.

There is no pain, but it is normal to feel the pressure of the

3. Ease of use in teeth with crowns, bridges, teeth with enamel problems such as amelogenesis imperfect.

4. Hygiene: the aligners are removed for brushing the teeth and cleaned separately, facilitating hygiene and maintenance. There are no decalcification problems in the enamel as could happen with conventional orthodontics and it improves periodontal health.

5. Removable: The patient can remove the device although he/she must always respect the indications of time of use of his orthodontist, in general, 22 hours a day. If for any reason you need to wear them for fewer hours a day, you must make up for it in the following days.

6. Visiting time. Cabinet time decreases because the appliance is simpler and it is not necessary to activate it as with brackets.

7. Preview of the results in a specialized program in which the patient can see how and how much each of his teeth will move.

8. Decrease in bruxism. By interposing a plastic between the teeth, the jaw is deprogrammed and bruxism is avoided, although this is not a definitive measure for this problem.

9. Whitening. The same splints (as long as they no longer have attachments) can be used to whiten teeth.

(Really) invisible orthodontics

Invisalign® orthodontics is just as fast and effective as orthodontic treatments with braces, but its main advantage is its extraordinary discretion. Invisalign® splints are completely transparent, becoming almost imperceptible in the patient’s mouth.

Thus, orthodontics with Invisalign® is practically invisible to others. You will keep all the charm of your smile while you make the necessary adjustments to make it perfect!

What is an Invisalign® treatment like?

In the first place, and once the problems to be solved have been detected, your orthodontist will draw up a computer-assisted treatment plan. It is a 100% personalized orthodontic study, which is capable of calculating with millimeter precision how your teeth will move throughout the treatment through a sequence of plastic splints.

As a result, you will see how to evolve your smile throughout the treatment and what the end result is before you even start it, and the orthodontist will manufacture your braces Invisalign depending on the forces accurate to execute the planned movements on your teeth.

The splints to be used in an Invisalign® treatment are manufactured altogether, and the patient only has to worry about attending periodic check-ups, according to the treatment schedule.

Do you travel often? Invisalign® orthodontics is designed for people who do not usually have time to go regularly to the dentist, so it will not be a problem if you cannot keep one of your appointments.

Removable splints

If you have ever worn braces, you will know the discomfort to remove the remains of food that were left in the appliance, not to mention the difficulty to speak normally, especially the first weeks of treatment.

Invisalign® splints are removable: if you maintain a minimum of discipline and wear them for most of the day, you can take them off to talk, laugh, eat …

Maximum comfort without pain

As if that were not enough, Invisalign® splints are made of a smooth and soft plastic: you will not suffer the chafing or small sores in the mouth that many patients who choose a treatment with braces suffer.

As it does not use metal parts of any kind, Invisalign® orthodontics is also much more careful with the patient’s teeth and is a less uncomfortable treatment than is usual with conventional appliances.

And the price? The cost differs depending on the duration of the treatment. The crowding Mild problems are solved between 4 and 7 months, while more serious problems require the patient to wear splints from 18 to 24. If you wear retainers and follow the advice of your orthodontist, the smile will last a lifetime.

My Experience With Invisalign: How Is The Adaptation To The Aligners

A few weeks ago I told you what the were the reasons why when trying to correct my teeth I chose Invisalign orthodontics. I was convinced by the fact that I was able to take off the aligners to eat, as well as to clean them properly without risking food scraps; and I liked, although it was not a priority for me, that it was hardly noticeable that I was wearing orthodontics.

On the other hand, I was a little scared that if I chose the braces they hurt my mouth in some way, so these wearing molds seemed great to me. Something more expensive in terms of price, but more relaxed when it comes to cures and cares for my mouth.

How does it feel to wear invisible braces?

After the pertinent study of my teeth, the dentist summoned me to show me on a computer, in a three-dimensional image, the process that my mouth was going to undergo. I really enjoyed recognizing my teeth on the screen and seeing how they evolved week by week in its computer animation, until it reached a point where it seemed incredible to me that they were this good.

That is to say, at that moment I felt a mixture of hope, illusion, and impatience; wanting to start and get to the endpoint where the teeth were already that way.

But it was still a few more days until the first aligners were finally delivered to me. According to the dentist told me, the first two molds made a very slight correction, since the objective was that they did not bother me much, that I was getting used to their use and the daily routine of wearing them.

And so the moment came when he finally put them on my teeth. They fit well, although when fixing them I already noticed the forces that they exerted in different directions to begin to solve the crossbite little by little. It is difficult to explain the sensation, but it would be as if with your own fingers you were continually trying to force your teeth to be in another position: a gentle but constant pressure.

I also found it strange not knowing very well how to put the tongue. Not being in contact with the teeth, as usual, I tended to push it back so that it did not collide with the material that covered all my teeth. But this did not last long, in a few days, tongue and molds became good friends.

Why I was about to abandon invisible orthodontics

Everything was going well until at night I got ready to eat a small sandwich that I had prepared. I took off the aligners, rinsed them with a little water under the tap, and put them in one of the boxes they gave me for temporary storage. As I went for the first bite, I saw the stars, the sun, and the moon orbiting around me. I tried to bite again, and the pain stabbed in my teeth again: And it had only been a few hours! I was a little desperate to think that I had to be like this for a year and a half.

Luckily, little by little, I was able to bite the bread and I was able to move on with dinner, to prove to myself that yes, at first it bothers to bite a bit, but after a while, it passes a bit.

The next day he realized that he had to travel to give a lecture, and something happened that he did not expect: when he spoke to people more than usual, rubbing and wounds appeared on his tongue and on the inside of his lower lip. Wounds that the aligners kept touching every time I spoke.

“How painful! And it’s only the first mold… and it’s only the first day. I will leave this, ”I thought. However, I soon remembered that I had already paid for almost half the corrective treatment and that put me back, while I was thinking that “Now I understand why they charged me so much to do the study of the mouth … if not, I would quit”.

Why did I have to file the Invisalign aligners?

I took them off to survive that day so that the next day the pain from the mouth wounds had subsided quite a bit; I remember that the hygienist had told me that the molds are cut by laser and that sometimes the edge can be annoying, and I applied the solution he told me: when I got home I applied a file to the areas of the edge that rubbed the most.

As is commonly said, it was the hand of a saint. Once those edges were filed, they stopped bothering and the wounds were fixed without reappearing.

Little by little I got used to the routine of taking them off to eat, cleaning them well after meals and putting them back on, and even talking quietly to them in my mouth (at first I took them off a lot if I had to speak extensively, give a lecture, etc).

So although the principles were a bit difficult for me, I can only recommend them. I have been with the invisible orthodontics and there are people I work with every day who still haven’t realized I’m wearing it.

The care and maintenance of aligners: a luxury

I have never carried orthodontics before, so I do not have the possibility to compare with previous experiences, but I have spoken with people who took it and they all agree on the same thing: I wish I could have done what you eat without an “appliance”, wash it and put it back on.

And it all comes down to taking them off in the morning for breakfast, brushing your teeth, cleaning the molds with the brush and a little paste and water, and putting them back on, repeating this operation for lunch, lunch, and dinner (or sometimes that is precise if something is going to be consumed).

It is true that as the days go by the transparent aligners take on something whitish in color, but when it goes on the teeth it is imperceptible, and also you have to discard them immediately: when I see that they begin to be even whiter it turns out that already I have to wear the following, which are completely new and pristine. So, I put the file where I know they can hurt me, I put them on, and I’m already on the premiere again.

Invisible Aligners Reviews:

The wrong bite not only negatively affects the appearance of its owner but can also lead to a whole host of negative consequences. It increases the chewing load on the teeth, leads to their early destruction, causes problems with the digestive system due to insufficient chewing of food, formation of caries, difficulty in swallowing, facial asymmetry due to dislocation of the jaw. Fortunately, in the arsenal of modern medicine, there are reliable ways to combat this unpleasant phenomenon.

The article will review the reviews on Invisalign apps. They are removable orthodontic structures, a series of veneers on the tooth and designed to align. These devices are made of transparent biopolymers. This material is allowed to wear a mouthpiece completely unnoticed by others. Invisalign selectors are also called clear braces, but braces are actually a fixed type of orthodontic appliance in which the dentition is attached with a special glue to the inner or outer surface of the tooth and attached without removing it for the entire treatment period.

Remove brackets can only be a doctor. It is thought that the patient’s mouth guards can easily be taken on their own for meals and hygiene procedures in the oral cavity. Feedback on Invisalign will be provided at the end of the article.

Features of orthodontic construction

Invisalign aligners (from English – “invisible alignment”) are new, but in a short time, they managed to become quite popular. This is a special system for straightening teeth with the help of removable transparent caps. This product was developed by the American company Align Technology, which is considered a monopoly in the field of application of this corrective dental method. When wearing a mouth guard, they exert a light but constant pressure on the teeth as a result of the teeth moving in the desired direction and the row aligning. Feedback on Invisalign liners is mostly positive.

After a certain time, the cover is replaced with a new one, which has an internal cavity slightly smaller than the previous one. Unlike aligners manufactured by other companies, Invisalign devices have active attachments that allow you to securely fix these orthodontic appliances in the oral cavity. In addition, the manufacture of such systems is fully automated, since they are made by robots, and people only control the functionality of the machines, so the errors during the manufacture of such devices are minimal. For the production of other models, more and more people are involved, which directly affects their quality. For the manufacture of aligners of this brand, a durable and simultaneously elastic biopolymer is used, which has no analogs. In this way, Unlike others, you can make Invisalign transparent braces that fit comfortably on dentures where the system does not break or fall out. In most cases, these types of headgear have a flat edge and Invisalign systems cut them so that the aligners completely repeat the shape of the gums and do not put pressure on them when worn.

Many parents fear that the child will not want to wear such an orthodontic structure for the required period of time, and such therapeutic measures will not make sense. Unlike other alignment manufacturers, the company Align Technology produces a tray with a special indicator for teenagers that changes color if the child wears the device for one hour a day, which is not enough. According to reviews, Invisalign is very comfortable and effective.

Advantages of transparent aligners

Clear Invisalign aligners are the best alternative to braces and have the following advantages.

  • Aesthetic. The orthodontic system is invisible to others, so its use is not accompanied by any psychological discomfort. In addition, if the patient is still shy, at any time, for example, before an important meeting, he can remove his mouthpiece by himself and after that insert the orthodontic device itself into his mouth. Despite the fact that there is no special need for this, the aligners are completely invisible on the teeth, do not violate diction, and in the process of wearing them there is no need to follow a special diet, since the structure must be removed when eating. The only limitation is that during the period of orthodontic treatment it is contraindicated to use gum as it can stick to the alignments.
  • Kappa does not harm the oral mucosa. They are very flexible and fit snugly to the dental nail, therefore, as a rule, they do not cause discomfort to the patient when wearing. Reviews of Invisalign liners confirm this.
  • During treatment, it is not necessary to use additional devices for oral hygiene: brushes, special brushes, irritants, if necessary to clean the teeth, mouth guards remove and brush the teeth in the usual way.
  • The systems are made of hypoallergenic materials.
  • Invisalign aligners and dental guards can be removed while brushing your teeth and meals.
  • With the help of high efficiency Aligners, minor occlusion anomalies can be corrected quickly.
  • Kappa “nvisalign” is not painted. It is very easy to take care of them – it is enough to immerse the devices in a solution recommended by the manufacturer. What are the other advantages of the Invisalign head?
  • You don’t need to spend much time in the dental chair.
  • With this structure, the possibility of medical error is minimized during therapy. The aligners affect the roots of the teeth and the dentin very carefully, if the medical professional has correctly calculated the trajectory of the dentist’s movement, the treatment course cannot be disturbed. Invisalign interests prices are very high.

Design cons

There are practically no disadvantages of such orthodontic products, but the main disadvantage of Invisalign aligners is that they cannot be used during the period of tooth replacement. In other words, these orthodontic appliances can be prescribed only in adolescence, when children’s teeth fall out. Some patients also feel that the high cost of aligners has made this a major barrier to their gain, which for many people considers a disadvantage of this model according to Invisalign’s reviews.

Transparent Plaque Treatment Instead of Braces: Aesthetic and Comfortable

Transparent plaque treatment, which has been popularly preferred over braces in recent times, is one of the latest technologies applied in orthodontic-based treatments. This method is a wireless orthodontic treatment that fixes teeth with transparent plaques (aligners) specially produced for patients. The most important reason for choosing clear aligner treatment is that it is not hidden that orthodontic treatment is done while correcting the contraction of the teeth. In other words, thanks to the transparent plates, the aesthetic appearance does not deteriorate. Transparent plaques are produced in series according to the desired movement positions of the teeth. Each plate creates an average of 0.5 mm or 1 mm of movement. The dentist takes the measurements from your mouth. These measurements will be transferred to the computer environment by the 3D scanning method called the CAD-CAM system. Virtual teeth are easily seen with computer simulation.

Transparent plaque treatment is a treatment method that can be easily applied to both young children and adults. Compliance with clear aligner treatment will be finalized only after the dentist’s examination. With clear plaque treatment, mild to moderate tooth irregularities are eliminated. A possible orthodontic treatment that may require tooth extraction cannot be treated with clear aligners. As technology advances and develops, clear plaque treatment will become applicable for treatments that will require tooth extraction. The biggest advantage of this treatment is that it does not adversely affect daily life in any way. Since it is invisible and removable and specially produced for the person, there is no aesthetic concern during the treatment. This method does not disturb the teeth or gums in any way. Because this treatment is done using non-metal soft platelets.

Transparent Plaque Instead of Braces

Braces treatment is a treatment that repairs position problems in teeth such as crowding, curvature, and dislocations. For more than 40 years, braces treatment has been done with metals called braces. Although these metal-based brackets bring the teeth to the desired level, they reduce the aesthetic image area. For this reason, experts tried to find a similar result with this metal-based method with systems that could be aesthetically more minimally obvious, and thus they introduced the transparent braces. Transparent plaque application is a convenient and comfortable orthodontic treatment. The most effective advantage is that it can be easily removed and installed. In normal braces treatments, food easily escapes between the teeth while eating, and this can cause a problem during cleaning. This is not the case in the transparent plate application. It can be taken off during meals as it can be easily removed and put on. For this reason, clear plaque is more preferred than braces. In addition to these, it also prevents the deterioration of the aesthetic appearance.

What is Transparent Plaque?

Clear aligner treatment is a wireless orthodontic treatment that uses newly developed digital orthodontic technology. Thanks to the specially designed transparent plaques (aligners), misaligned teeth can be easily corrected and the transparent plaque can be removed from the mouth at any time. The most important reason why many people prefer this orthodontic treatment is that the soft platelets in the mouth cannot be seen from the outside. Before clear aligner treatment, the result of the treatment can be seen in a 3D virtual environment.

How is it prepared?

While preparing for the treatment, first of all, X-rays and photographs of the patients are taken and their teeth are measured. Application planning is made under this data. The measurements taken are sent to the laboratories for the preparation of transparent plates. Dental measurements in the laboratory will be read with optical-based readers and transferred to the computer environment in this way. However, if the dentist deems necessary, he can make corrections in the computer environment and take measures in a short time. The first clear plate will be printed on the new gauge. In the next step, the teeth are slightly straightened to provide a new dimension and a new plate can be printed. These applications will continue until the teeth are fully corrected and depending on the first defect of the tooth, 15 to 20 transparent plaques can be obtained.

Braces or Transparent Plaque?

The question of whether it is braces or clear plaque has been very curious recently. For this, it is necessary to look at the differences between braces and clear plaque:

Normal braces are much more noticeable in the mouth than transparent plaque.

Clear aligners can stain much more easily than braces.

Transparent plaques are more durable than braces.

Due to the structure of the transparent plaque, it is suitable for dental caries compared to braces.

The price of transparent dental plaque is higher than braces.

Braces apply a much stronger force to the teeth than clear aligners. This helps the teeth to reach the desired position more quickly.

The treatment flow in the braces can be observed more easily than the transparent aligners.

For those who are obsessed with aesthetics, absolutely transparent plaques are much more advantageous. Because of this advantage, transparent mold is preferred instead of braces.
